At Foundry Academy, we hire passionate professionals dedicated to their crafts and determined to make a difference in the lives of their students. Our faculty members are experts in their fields and, with the school’s support, seek out opportunities to further develop as professionals.

Foundry Academy strives to provide an environment that stimulates a love of learning, that empowers students to make and create, and to engage them in their own future.

To that end, Foundry Academy faculty and staff actively participate in the life of the school. Certification is not required to teach. Instead, Foundry Academy seeks educators with a degree in their field, extensive knowledge of their subject, with either teaching or industry experience.

Most importantly, teachers bring learning to life by integrating it into real life events through long-term and short-term projects.

Foundry Academy is committed to providing our teachers with an environment where they can thrive. With small class sizes, our teachers are able to create personalized learning experiences that cater to the needs of each student. They are not bound by arbitrary standards or overwhelmed by bureaucracy, allowing them to focus on the best parts of this profession - engaging with students and fostering a love for their subject area.

Our teachers have the freedom to explore new ideas, collaborate with other educators, and utilize innovative teaching techniques to create an immersive and stimulating learning environment for their students. We believe that when teachers are empowered to teach in their own unique style, it benefits everyone involved, and our students thrive as a result.

If you are a dedicated and passionate educator who wants to make a difference in the lives of students, we encourage you to apply today. Join our team and experience the joy of teaching.
